BS Plastic\u2122 was founded in 2002 as a family business. At first we mostly sold shopping bags and packaging materials. In 2004 we bought our first bag cutting machine, which was a turning point in the history of the company. In 2006 we dared to dream big and bought a larger site, and became one of the players in the Hungarian packaging industry. Continuous innovation, adaptation to the fast-changing needs of the market, state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified staff are only a few of our defining values that allow us to serve our customers <\/b>with the highest quality products efficiently and reliably.<\/p>

The success of our company is reflected by the progress we have achieved. We currently employ more than 120 people and our production capacity exceeds 6000 tons annually. Our company operates according to the\u00a0<\/span>ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and since 2017 we have had the BRC (high-level food safety and hygienic system) certification as well.<\/b>In addition to manufacturing, we also put great emphasis on the comprehensive professional and packaging technology support of\u00a0<\/span>our partners.<\/b>\u00a0Our customers include multinational companies, food industry manufacturing and processing companies, department store chains, and numerous Hungarian and foreign SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).<\/span><\/p>

We place extra emphasis on protecting the environment, therefore we have been operating using the\u00a0<\/span>ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 we recycle\u00a0<\/span>100%<\/b>\u00a0of manufacturing primary waste. We are committed to selective waste collection, and of course recycling polyethylene packaging materials.<\/span><\/p>

Our company has been manufacturing <\/span>corn starch<\/b> and <\/span>PLA-based biodegradable<\/b> compostable environmentally friendly products since 2012. BS Plastic\u2122<\/span>has had T\u00dcV Austria OK compost INDUSTRIAL and OK compost HOME certifications since 2019\u2014we were among the first on the market to acquire these certifications.
